James Edwards Caudle, 77, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 in Norfolk, VA. He was born in Traverse City, MI to the late Paul and Marie Caudle. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Sue Caudle. James was a distinguished US Army veteran, he was a radio operator for the 1/5 of the 25th Infantry Division, “Bob Cats” during the Vietnam conflict and he earned a Bronze Star for valiant service to his country. After his active duty years he continued to work for our country serving in the Civil Service as an Electrical Engineering Technician. James was also a member of the American Legion, Post 327. He is cherished in memory by his son, John Caudle and his partner, Jean Seeds; siblings, Janet O’Grady and Charles H. Caudle; stepbrother, George Gorney; niece, Jana Lynn O'Grady; nephews, Matt and Timmy Caudle. Jim was treasurer and Quartermaster for the Association for years
