James Quigley Obituary QUIGLEY James Watson Quigley III, 58, Jacksonville, died Friday, Feb. 10, 2006, at his home. Born Oct. 21, 1947, to Robert A. and Ruth E. (Sullivan) Quigley, he moved here in 1985 from his native Miami. Mr. Quigley was a retired transportation and budget manager for Bell South Telephone Co.. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving two tours in Vietnam with the 1st Battalion 5th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division Cu Chi, Vietnam 1966. A member of Vietnam Veterans Association and was involved in helping many Vietnam veterans receive benefits. His wife, Sharon L. Quigley, preceded him in death. Survivors include his son, Robert A. Quigley and wife Leigh of Jacksonville; brother, Anthony Quigley of Charleston, S.C.; mother-in-law, Lillian White of Titusville, Fl.; fiance, Betty Clark of Jacksonville; and one grandchild. Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M., Fri., Feb. 17, 06, at Fountains Memorial Park, Homosassa Springs, Fl. Wilder Funeral Home, Homosassa Springs.
