Three hours after this was taken Fran Harter ( the red head petting the puppy) was killed along with Sgt. Randy Ellis, and Ron Di Bartolomeo.* Next to Fran Is Shaun McCaul, He was wounded and the last time I saw him he flew off into the darkness on a dustoff. If anyone knows his whereabouts please let me know! Back row L-R Me, Earl Weekes Sgt. John Benson, Rob McCullough received a Silver Star for his actions that night. This was a very sad day in the history of the Jumpin Jack. I will see that the memory of these young men, is not forgotten! * Ron DiBartolomeo lived 2 days and died on 11/11/70
