HANSON -- James Frasier Gass, 81, died Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2003, at Madisonville Regional Medical Center. He was a Henderson police officer and a World War II Army veteran. Surviving are his wife, Katherine; a daughter, Gail Vanover Trask; a son, Austin "Butch" Vanover; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services 2 p.m. Friday at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home, burial in Fairmont Cemetery, both in Henderson with military rites.
