DETAILS
On January 11, 1971, at 1735 hours, Company B located a small food cache five kilometers north of Hung Loc at YT 328145. That evening at their night defensive perimeter, located two kilometers north of Hung Loc the company engaged an unknown size enemy force. The enemy fire was suppressed with organic weapons. One Bobcat was killed in the encounter.
Even at this late date the numbers game was still of importance to someone. One cooking pot was listed amongst the items that were “captured.”
