On April 12, 1969, Company C was clearing a road north of Highway 8A, about 9 kilometers west of Cu Chi Base Camp. At 0645 hours, an APC detonated an AT mine at XT 745154. One Bobcat from Company C was killed and heavy damage was done to the track.
