DETAILS
On March 19, 1969, Company B was operating east of Phouc My at XT 599157. At 1230 hours, a booby trap was detonated wounding one Bobcat. Company C was providing security for Rome Plow operations north of Trung Lap at XT 575275. At 1400 hours they received small arms and RPG fire, wounding one Bobcat. Fire was returned with unknown results. At 1600 hours, Company C again received small arms and RPG fire. Fire was returned with organic weapons and artillery. One Bobcat was killed and two were wounded in the second contact.
